Refund & Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a 5-day return policy (including the delivery day) for unused items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds on Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

  • Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
  • Email us at hello@dharacare.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

  • Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday).
  • A pickup will be done once (which includes 2 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again.
  • Some pin codes are not serviceable for reverse pickup. In that case, upon confirmation from us, send us the package to the address provided above using the courier services available near you. Upon receiving the courier, we will provide a coupon code of INR 75 for courier charges.
  • COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either as coupon code or we can do online refund via NEFT within 5 business days. The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the dharacare.com . PLEASE NOTE: Your coupon code must be used all at once.
  • Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
  • Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item purchased on dharacare.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATION

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at hello@dharacare.com  with your order number within 12 hours.
